2. Purpose of the website

This website is COSTAKEY’s official channel to present its accommodation portfolio, manage bookings and collect payment from guests, focused on the Costa Blanca and Valencian Community. It is not a classified ads portal or peer-to-peer marketplace.

Access implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Users agree to use the site diligently and lawfully and not to harm the rights or interests of COSTAKEY or third parties.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All site content (texts, licensed photographs, logos, icons, source code, navigation structure and databases) is protected under Spanish and international IP law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorisation from COSTAKEY is prohibited, except as permitted for private use or brief citation.

5. Liability for content and links

COSTAKEY curates its catalogue and does not allow third parties to use the site as an independent marketplace. Unlawful content from collaborators will be removed once effectively known.

Links to third-party sites (e.g. Stripe) are for information or operation; COSTAKEY does not necessarily endorse external content.

Before confirming a booking, users can review essential accommodation features, total price, dates, cancellation policy and these Terms.

Contract language may be Spanish, English or Russian per user selection. Email confirmation of transactions will be provided.

COSTAKEY will review complaints sent to legal@costakey.life within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Relations with COSTAKEY are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise, disputes are submitted to the courts of Alicante, Spain.
